Welcome to the Young Adult area of the Xenia Nazarene Church.  We are a group designed for singles and couples who are 18-29 years of age.  We welcome those just graduating from our outstanding youth program as well as those getting ready to do the thirty-something thing and everyone in between. 

Our goal is to hang out, enjoy each other's company, and learn a little from each other.  We support each other in all we do and have a lot of fun.  Although we are a close group, we are always ready to welcome a new face.  If you are in the "I don't want to grow up" phase of your life (meaning ages 18-29), we invite you to come and enjoy yourself along with us sometime.

THE GATHERING...a time to grow for young adults
Sundays, 6:00 pm, Sanctuary
1st Sunday night of each month - focus on prayer and praise to help develop a strong prayer
     life and worship together
2nd Sunday night of each month - focus on teaching to help us dig deeper into God’s word and
     learn together
3rd Sunday night - focus on serving to get us out of our comfort zones
4th Sunday night - focus again on teaching
5th Sunday night - focus on communion

YOUNG COUPLES' NIGHT...June 26, July 10 & 24, at 6:30 pm (normally held every other
Thursday). Call the church office (937.372.0708) for the location.  

MEN'S RETREAT "Becoming That Man" June 27-29, 2008
This will be an awesome time of fun and spiritual renewal which will take place at Caesar Creek
campground. There are a lot of activities...fishing, hiking, swimming, and much more! Cost is $50
and space is limited.

SEARCH & RESCUE - Again this summer the young adults will do some outreach events at various
locations throughout the community. Search & Rescue will be held on Sunday nights on July 20 & 27,
August 3, 17, 24 & September 7. On these evenings, The Gathering will not be held. Adults of all
ages are invited to help with this outreach event.

DONATIONS NEEDED: Our young adults will be doing various outreach projects involving children.
They want to give away Dum Dum suckers and bubble gum to those who come. They would also like
to have small toys to give away as prizes. All donations would be appreciated! There will be a barrel
outside Pastor Gregg's office for your donations.
