Cindy Anderson

Cindy has been working as a counselor with CrossWalk Ministries since its beginning in 1999. She earned her teaching degree from Cedarville University and has taught high school English for 22 years in the Xenia area. Earning her counseling degree from Liberty University , she is also a licensed professional counselor with the state of Ohio . She specializes in helping couples deal with a variety of family and relationship issues. Cindy has been married for 37 years, has three children and five grandchildren.

Susan Beam Crumbacher

Susan is a licensed social worker with the state of Ohio . She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Biblical literature from Taylor University . She has over 20 years of experience in the counseling field. In addition to individual counseling, Susan has a special interest in working with people who struggle with addictive behaviors. Susan has two married children, a single son and one granddaughter.

Rev. James Leach

Jim is an ordained minister with extensive pastoral training from both Trevecca Nazarene University and Mount Vernon Nazarene University . Jim has had 13 years of pastoral and counseling experience in a variety of settings. His areas of specialization include depression and anger management, as well as pre-marital and marital counseling. Additionally, he has a special interest in counseling other pastors in ministerial issues. Jim has been married for 40 years, has three children and seven grandchildren.

Melody Anderson

Melody earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Antioch University and has earned several counseling certifications from the American Association of Christian Counselors. Her primary ministry is divorce care and recovery, however she is also involved in life, career, and success coaching. She has worked in the business field for more than 20 years, and was the past president and a current member of the International Association of Business Communicators in the Dayton community. Melody has one grown daughter.

Cathey Stott

Cathey’s specialization is Grief Recovery for adults, teens, and children.  Also, she offers Life Coaching.  Cathey earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown College, is ordained as a Pastoral Counselor, and has graduate training from Liberty University.  She also has certification in Christian counseling from the American Association of Christian Counselors. Cathey has been married for 26 years and has two grown children in college
